How the website collects and stores enquiry information, attempts email notifications and handles requests about submitted records.
What the form asks for
Truck enquiries request a name, country, a contact channel and a series, model or application. Company, cargo, quantity, configuration, port and message give context. Parts enquiries require a description of the requirement; vehicle identifiers and part numbers are optional. The privacy acknowledgment is not marketing consent.
Purpose
The information records the request and supports a response about the stated requirement. Avoid payment details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Storage and access
Accepted enquiries are stored in the website database. The system attempts to notify the designated company email addresses; notification can be pending or fail. Records are not public, and access is limited to authorised personnel.
Notification and external services
Enquiry details may pass through the email service provider when a notification is attempted. The embedded map uses an external service; social and video links also open external websites. Those services apply their own data handling practices.
Retention and requests
Automatic retention or deletion is not configured. Use a published company channel and your enquiry reference to request review, correction or deletion. Requests need operator action; no automatic completion or response deadline is promised.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides the website hosting and enquiry database. Its email service processes notification attempts to the designated company mailboxes, hosted by Alibaba Cloud. Use the published company email addresses for questions about the handling of your enquiry.
