Discuss shipping, parts and support before placing an order.
Confirm destination, documents, inspection, port and shipping responsibilities. Transit times and freight costs require a current quotation.
Review shipping questionsAgree parts identification and available support for your destination. No service network or warranty coverage is assumed.
Review support requirementsSend the destination country and port, quantity, application and required configuration. Ask for separate vehicle, bodywork, options, spare parts, inland transport and export handling costs. The quotation should state the trade term, named port or place, validity, and whether freight, insurance and destination charges are included.
A minimum order quantity is not published for every configuration. Include your required quantity in the enquiry, even for a small order. Ask for written confirmation of the minimum for the exact vehicle and whether different configurations can be combined. A catalogue listing does not confirm stock.
Confirm vehicle availability or production time, inspection, inland transport and vessel booking separately. Agree which event starts the order lead time. Request an estimated loading date and a separate sea transit estimate for the destination port; customs clearance and onward delivery also need their own allowance. Dates remain subject to the agreed order and sailing schedule.
Before payment, agree the currency, payment method, deposit and balance milestones, required documents and bank charges in the written contract or pro forma invoice. Check that the beneficiary matches the agreed seller. Accepted methods and payment percentages must be confirmed for the order.
Provide the destination country and intended use, then ask your importer or local adviser for the applicable registration, emissions and import document requirements. Match these against the exact vehicle and engine specification. A listed Euro emissions level alone does not confirm local approval; the required certificates and documents need order-specific confirmation.
Request written terms identifying the warranty provider, covered components, duration or mileage limit, start date and exclusions. Also clarify where repairs can be carried out, who pays labour and freight, and how to submit a claim. Coverage and local service availability must be confirmed for the destination and ordered configuration.
Send the VIN or chassis number, vehicle model, part number if available, and clear photos of the part and identification plate. Engine, gearbox or axle identifiers and key dimensions can help distinguish similar parts. Include the quantity and destination; a series name alone is not enough to confirm compatibility.
The method depends on the route, vehicle dimensions and weight, condition and carrier acceptance. Request a comparison of feasible options, including loading, securing, protection and any disassembly or reassembly. Confirm the named ports, freight, insurance and destination handling charges before booking; not every route supports every method.
State the steering side required for your destination at the start of the enquiry. Availability must be checked for the exact model, engine, gearbox, axle layout and bodywork. Confirm it on the order specification together with destination requirements; a photograph or a series option list does not prove that combination is available.
The H3000s data is grouped into public reference configurations and series options. These are not a confirmed sale specification or proof of stock. Keep each reference configuration together; do not mix values across rows or options. Confirm the exact model code, application, market and equipment in the order specification, and resolve any missing or conflicting values before ordering. Images do not confirm the supplied configuration.
